Call customers as per CRM lead (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads) 7)Generate leads by Marketing activities (Cold) and reference calling. 8)Call customers for interest collection. 9)Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference. 10)Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM .
