Job Description

    • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively contact prospective clients from established databases, cold call lists, or inbound inquiries to identify their needs.
    • Pitching & Closing: Deliver persuasive, scripted or tailored sales pitches to clearly explain product features and benefits, and actively negotiate deals to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
    • Objection Handling: Confidently address customer hesitations, answer product-related questions, and resolve concerns to prevent missed sales opportunities.
    • Up-selling & Cross-selling: Recommend upgrades, add-ons, or complementary products based on the customers specific preferences and usage history.
    • Record Keeping & Administration: Accurately update customer data, purchase orders, and interaction notes in the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
