Job Description

    • Handle customer queries and technical issues through chat, email, and ticketing systems.
    • Troubleshoot software, application, login, account, and system-related issues.
    • Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.
    • Respond to customer inquiries professionally through written communication channels.
    • Create, update, and manage support tickets to track issue resolution.
    • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage guidance.
    • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
    • Meet productivity, response time, and quality metrics defined by the organization.
    • Identify recurring technical issues and share feedback for process improvement.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
