Job Description

    Roles:
    1. Act as the first point of contact for domestic customers via phone calls.
    2. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer queries and services.
    3. Provide product or service information clearly to customers.
    4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    5. Ensure a smooth and professional communication experience on every call.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
    2. Accurately update customer details and call logs in the system.
    3. Meet performance targets such as call quality, AHT, and customer satisfaction.
    4. Follow company policies, scripts, and standard procedures during calls.
