Job Description

PHC India provides:

Role Overview:To manage end to end projects of installation of Imaging products at Client site.Illustrative Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for healthcare projects execution, covering estimation, initiation, planning, execution, cost control, quality checks and controls, hand over .
  • Study and review of customer requirements and site, assessment of customer needs and develop into project outline (Initiation Phase).
  • Preparation of proposal including layouts, costing sheet for 3P and turnkey part (Planning Phase)
  • Order reviews to capture all critical points and risk assessment, risk mitigation and plan to manage the risk (Planning Phase).
  • Effective resource planning (i.e. consultant, contractor and 3rd party installer) for Project delivery at time (Planning Phase).
  • Handover project at execution phase to Projects Team (Execution Phase).
  • Check and monitor project with proper review mechanism (Control Phase).
  • Smoothly handover complete project to Customer and then to Customer Support for Lifecycle maintenance (Closure Phase).
  • Working with Procurement team to ensure proper supplier / contractor selection / assessment as required from time to time.
  • Adept at handling civil contracts / building works / turnkey contracts covering estimation, costing, BOQ formulation, working with contractors, consultants, PMCs, architects, etc.
  • Work with Govt. tender teams / sales teams to understand the tender specifications and quote for the turnkey projects covering all aspects of such projects (estimations, drawings, BOQ, schedule of finishes, specifications, etc.)
Minimum requirements:experience in Project management function.
  • B.E/ B.Tech in any engineering.
  • PMP Certification Preferred (Not mandatory).
Competencies:
  • Adept at handling civil contracts / building works / turnkey contracts covering estimation, costing, BOQ formulation, working with contractors, consultants, PMCs, architects, etc.
  • Having experience of project management in healthcare/other domain (estimation, planning and execution to handover).
  • Having knowledge of forecasting, processes and cost controls, etc.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tool like MS Projects, Auto CAD or Prima Vera.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to work with internal and external teams, suppliers, etc
