    Job Title:Customer Relationship Executive Tele salesCompany:QI Venture Capital Partners PVT LTDLocation:Bangalore, HSR LayoutJob Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Relationship Executive to join our Credit Card Telesales division. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in tele sales within the credit card industry. You will play a key role in acquiring customers, building relationships, and ensuring an exceptional sales experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell credit card products.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria effectively to customers.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information professionally.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele sales, specifically in the Credit Card & Personal Loan Division.
    • Education: 12th pass (PU) or higher education qualification.
    • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
    • Proficiency in regional languages and/or English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to handle customer objections confidently and turn them into sales opportunities.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
