We are looking for an extremely bright, well- spoken, well organized, hardworking go- getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time. You will be responsible for new tenant acquisition through various means, and innovative channels. You will need to select, verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties assigned to you.You will present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved. NOTE: This is not a field position.
Requirements - At least 1 year of Sales Experience - Pleasant personality, confident and well- spoken individual. - Very well organized - Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate very well in English - Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail. - Experience with Real estate will be an added plus - Must Know local language
