Job Description

    Details:Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA) Voice Location: Bengaluru Workspace: Work From Office (WFO) Department: Operations Channel: Voice Language: English (additional languages may be required) Hours of Operation: 24/7Overview of Position:
    • Interact daily with customers via calls to resolve issues end-to-end
    • Build rapport quickly and provide white glove service for excellent customer experience
    • Diagnose and resolve issues effectively while managing customer expectations
    • Ensure satisfaction by going the extra mile in every interaction
    Essential Functions:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls
    • Gather and verify information, evaluate situations, and provide effective solutions
    • Learn and absorb new skills, products, and features quickly
    • Actively listen, show empathy, and maintain patience with customers
    • Document actions taken and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of systems and processes
    • Achieve KPIs such as Call Handle Time, Quality, CSAT & DSAT
    • Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled
