    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Resolve queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly
    • Provide accurate information about products and services

    • Achieve performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
    Job Requirements:
    • Experience: 0.6 4 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
