Job Description

    Job Description (Voice): Customer Support Advisor
    • Our ideal candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers. Candidates need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills
    2. Good Communication skills in English and Hindi+ Any one Regional Language
    3. Responsible to provide excellent customer service, Calling the customers and Fixing an Appointment , solving questions and complaints related to customer queries
    4. Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.
    5. Should be able to handle inbound and Outbound calls resolving customer queries
    6. Willing to work flexible Shifts(8am To 8pm Window any 9hours shift
    Preferred:
    1. Any Undergraduate can apply.
    2. 6 Day working
    3. Fixed Sunday Week Off
    4. Female: Maximum shift till 7PM
    5. Male: Maximum shift till 8 PM
    Package:
    1. Fresher: 1.93LPA + Incentive (16000/- Take home)
