Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive* *Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd (Maruti Suzuki)**Department: Customer Service**Job Summary*The Customer Support Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.*Key Responsibilities*- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.- Provide detailed information about Maruti Suzuki products and services.- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues effectively.- Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.- Promote additional services like insurance renewals, service plans, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).*Skills & Qualifications*Minimum qualification: Puc & Graduation (any discipline).1-3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in the automobile sector).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in local languages (preferred) along with Hindi and English.Good computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.*Benefits*Competitive salary and incentives.( 16k to 18k )Training and development opportunities.Growth prospects within the organization.
