Job Description

    Job Title: Collection Executive (Day Shift) We are looking for result-oriented and driven individuals to join our Collections team. The role involves interacting with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing outstanding payments while maintaining a professional approach.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle outbound/inbound calls for collections
    • Follow up with customers for pending payments
    • Negotiate and resolve payment-related issues
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
    • Minimum 50% throughout academics
    • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
    • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
    Skills Required:
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi
    Compensation:
    • 01 year experience: 18,000 20,000 (in-hand)
    • 12 years experience: 22,000 27,000 (in-hand)
    • 23 years experience: 27,000 32,000 (in-hand)
    Work Details:
    • Shift: Day Shift
    • Working Days: 6 days a week
    • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
    • Location: Bellandur
    Additional Information:
    • Walk-in / Mega Drive scheduled on Thursday
