A new luxury fashion brand is looking for Customer service Executive to implement customer relations and database management.Key Responsibilities The role requires implementing high level of support for customers and to ensure a personal relationship with clients. Specific targets include:Communication with Clients, client relations Data entry Database management Customer satisfaction report collection Sending daily email account alerts to sellers and coordinating seller collections Liaising on a daily basis over phone and email with sellers supporting the selling process and responding to all questions and queries Responding to general customer service enquiries Managing and responding in a timely manner complaints or concerns ensuring customers are kept well informed Liaising with other internal departments to ensure speedy and accurate response Act as a brand ambassador and develop and nurture ongoing relationships with VIPs Co- ordinate with both the logistics and the product team Pre- requisites/ Skills A confident well- spoken person with excellent people skills and hospitable personality. Highly driven and is able to maintain and manage customer relations on a day- to- day basis. Is flexible and pro- active and thrives in a fast- moving start- up environment. Has ideally been trained in service industry, 1- 2 years experience in a relevant customer service or customer- facing role Exceptional written and verbal communications Digitally aware and savvy Confident and articulate, comfortable dealing with customer issues and an ability to exceed customer expectations Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience dealing with high value and high spending customers an advantage.,
