    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

    Eligibility Criteria:
    • 0 - 3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Voice Process
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
