Job Description

    Customer Sales Representative (CSR)Location: Multiple LocationsCompany: Medi Transcare Pvt Ltd, Professional Service provider to (CERENOVUS Division)Overview:As Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will contribute to driving business growth and supporting healthcare solutions in the medical devices sector. Your role will involve engaging with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators, ensuring the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and on-ground support to maximize business opportunities in your assigned territory.Role and Responsibilities:
    • Provide correct and effective communication to existing and prospective customers about company CNS and neuro medical devices and their applications throughout various procedures.
    • Develop long-term positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and establish company as the partner of choice.
    • Collect field-level data as required to support sales strategies and customer insights.
    • Identify customer needs, conduct effective sales calls, and close opportunities to achieve territory sales targets.
    • Drive market creation initiatives under the guidance of the account manager to expand company presence and market share.
    • Maintain effective distribution management to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
    Education:Minimum qualification: Graduation (science or pharmacy background preferred)Required Experience:1-2 years post-graduation experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare/ Medical Devices - Central Nervous System (CNS) and neurological industry will an added advantage.Mandatory Skills:
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Core selling skills with a proven ability to close sales.
    • Good customer relationship management skills to foster positive client interactions.
    Desired Skills:
    • Basic internet skills for research and communication purposes.
    • Willingness to work in an Operating Theatre environment as needed.
    • Exposure to the healthcare business environment is advantageous.
    • Eagerness to learn clinical aspects of our products and their applications in various medical procedures.
