    Job Title: Customer Support Representative (International Voice Process)Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Company: Avalon Salary: 4,00,000 LPA Process: International Voice Process Experience Required: 1 Year in International Voice Support Working Days: 5 Days a Week Week Offs: 2 Rotational OffsJob DescriptionAvalon is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our International Voice Process team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
    • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
    • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
    • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
    • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines while handling customer interactions.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
