Job Description

    WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers (internal & external).
    • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary and promote teamwork.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with quality verbal and written communication.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time required.
    • Process orders and return forms following as well as maintaining and organizing multiple mailboxes for orders and inquiries.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, purchase orders, transactions, comments, and complaints for auditing purposes.
    • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and actively participating in team meetings.
    • Utilize training documents until mastering all required tasks.

    • Strong communicator with problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Able to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
    • Able to learn product knowledge, company policies, use of systems and organizational structure to answer customer questions.
