Job Description

    Job Title:Customer Support Executive Non-Voice International ProcessJob Location:Karle Hub 4, BangaloreWork Mode:Work from OfficeShift:Night Shift (7 PM 7 AM)Job Summary:We are hiring experienced professionals for aCustomer Support Executiverole in theInternational Non-Voice Process. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity for candidates with strong communication and customer handling skills, preferably with prior BPO experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide efficient and professional non-voice customer support.
    • Respond to customer queries via email/chat as per process guidelines.
    • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling requests.
    • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
    • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and adhere to performance metrics.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Qualification:Graduate or Undergraduate
    • Experience:Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory)
    • Process:International Non-Voice Customer Support
    • Versant Score:Minimum 65 required
    • Language:Fluent spoken English without MTI
    Additional Information:
    • Night shift only (7 PM 7 AM)
    • Work from Office only remote work is not available
