    Company: Spotops DigitalLocation: JP Nagar 7th Phase, BangalorePosition: Customer Service Executive International Voice ProcessWork Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift US Shift)About Us: Spotops Digital is a growing automobile business headquartered in Texas, USA, with operations in Bangalore, India. We specialize in providing customer support and business solutions for our US clients in the automotive sector. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process Customer Service team. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers based in the USA with their queries and service-related issues.Responsibilities:Interact with US-based customers over phone calls. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the team to achieve service quality goals.Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM 4:30 AM IST). Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask. Prior experience in international voice process preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.Perks & Benefits:Attractive salary package and performance incentives. Cab facilities provided (pickup and drop).
