    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in BPO/Customer Service/Voice-based roles
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (no night shifts involved)
    • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
    • Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
