    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

    • Provide accurate product/service information

    • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
    Job Requirements:
    • Experience: 6 months 4 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/South Indian languages preferred)
    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (No night shifts)
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
