Job Description

The Role ResponsibilitiesTo handle inbound customer calls while providing consistent delivery of customer delight relating to queries or problem resolution.

  • Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively
  • Sign up customers for I-Banking
  • Route calls through IVR where applicable
  • Maintain contact records to reflect current information
  • Requests and complaints Turn around
  • Promote cross-sell of all banking products
  • Maintain accuracy of the information given to customers
  • Have high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-money laundering Policy
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
  • Ensure all sales pitches are made without no miss-selling
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate Fresher and up to 5 years of experience in call taking
  • Undergraduate (10+2 PUC) with min 1 years of experience in call taking
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Willingness to learn additional products
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and offs
  • 2Way cab facility.
  • Package up to 3.5L/A
