    • Attend inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues
    • Explain products and services clearly and accurately
    • Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication
    • Update customer information and call details in the system
    • Meet quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction standards
    Eligibility criteria:
    • 0 to 3 years of Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Good communication skills in ENGLISH & HINDI
    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
    • Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
