    • Position: Customer Support Executive Voice Process (English & Hindi)
    • Process: Domestic
    • Shift: Rotational Day Shift (8:00 AM 8:00 PM, any 9 hours)
    • Location: Bangalore

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

    • Update customer records and call details accurately in the system
    • Meet defined quality standards, resolution targets, and customer satisfaction goals
    Eligibility Criteria
    • 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
