    ustomer Support Executive Domestic Voice ProcessLocation: Bangalore Shift: Day Shift Only (No Night Shifts) Qualification : Any Graduate Employment Type : Full-TimeJob DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process with a leading multinational company. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls and delivering excellent service while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a stable career in the customer service domain.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests efficiently
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
    • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
    • Update customer records and call details accurately in the system
    • Meet performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 0 months to 2 years (BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred)
    • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Shifts: Willing to work in rotational day shifts only
    • Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • Other Requirements: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented mindset
