    Customer Support Executive Domestic Voice ProcessLocation : Bangalore Shift : Day Shift Only (No Night Shifts) Employment Type : Full-Time Qualification : Any GraduateJob OverviewWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process with a leading multinational company (MNC). This role involves interacting with domestic customers over calls, addressing their queries, and delivering high-quality customer service.This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the customer service and BPO industry.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
    • Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-centric approach
    • Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
    • Update customer details and call logs accurately in the system
    • Meet performance benchmarks related to call quality, resolution time, and CSAT
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 0 to 2 years (BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred)
    • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational day shifts only
    • Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
