    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
    • Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services
    • Maintain courteous, professional, and empathetic communication
    • Record customer interactions and call details accurately
    • Achieve performance targets for quality, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution
    Job Requirements:
    • 1 to 4 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
    • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
    • Basic computer knowledge with good typing proficiency
