    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from international clients (primarily US customers)
    • Address customer queries, troubleshoot concerns, and deliver product/service support
    • Log and update customer interactions accurately in internal systems
    • Achieve performance targets related to call quality, resolution efficiency, and CSAT metrics
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience:1 to 6 years in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support
    • Role :Customer Support International Voice (US Process)
    • Shifts :Rotational shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Salary :4 LPA- 10 LPA LPA
    • Location :Bangalore
    • Education :Any Graduate / 102 / 103
