Job Description

    About BasilBasil is on a mission to create a lovable brand in the kids space from the ground up. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our founding team and help shape a seamless, delightful experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing grievances and resolving product-related issues.
    • Provide exceptional support through calls, emails, chat, and social media.
    • Turn customer challenges into positive experiences by proactively solving their problems.
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
    • Identify trends in customer queries and suggest improvements in processes or products.
    • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:
      • at least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
      • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
      • Strong problem-solving ability and empathetic approach to handling customer issues.
      • Experience using CRM tools
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
      Good to Have:
      • Experience in the kids products industry (toys, education, parenting, etc.).
      • Background in community engagement and brand loyalty programs.
      • Prior experience in a tech-driven or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) startup.
