Job Description

    We are a dynamic and fast-growing 24/7 call center located in Bellandur, Bengaluru, providing answering services for companies in the United States. Our primary focus is on the emergency services sector, specifically locksmithing. We assist customers with:
    • Residential and business lockouts
    • Changing locks
    • Key replacement for vehicles
    • Emergency lock and key solutions
    • With operations across the United states. We are aggressively expanding our reach and diversifying the services we provide. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with emergency locksmithing services.
    • Gather and document essential details such as location, issue description, and urgency level.
    • Dispatch service requests to field technicians efficiently.
    • Provide updates to customers regarding service timelines.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, especially when handling stressed or frustrated customers.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
    Qualifications: Experience: 02 years (freshers are welcome). Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Additional Information: The majority of shifts will be overnight to align with U.S. time zones. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts. This is an on-site role based in Bellandur.
