    Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process to handle inbound and outbound calls from global customers. The role involves providing customer assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle international inbound/outbound calls professionally
    • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
    • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
    • Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive call experience
    Skills Required
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Freshers are welcome
    • No technical knowledge required
    • No prior international calling experience required
    • Must be comfortable with US/UK/Australia shifts
    Shift & Work Schedule
    • Night Shift / Rotational Shifts
    • 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
