    BPO Associate - BPO voice processTo schedule an Interview call - Ashwini hidden_mobileRequirements:- - Excellent Communication in English and Hindi - Freshers are welcome to apply!- Immediate joiners only.As BPO Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.- Work Location: Bangalore- Shifts: General & Rotational Shift (6 days work /1 day off)- Salary- Upto 3.5LPA-Freshers and Immediate Joiners Only!!
