    Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Sales Executive (Voice Process)Company: ACKO InsuranceLocation: Silk Board, BangaloreWork Mode: Work From Office (WFO)Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Sales Process at ACKO Insurance.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
    • Convert leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
    • Resolve customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Meet daily and monthly sales and quality targets.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Sales.
    • 12th Pass or any Graduate.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
    Work Schedule
    • 6 Days Working
    • 1 Rotational Week Off
    • Female Candidates: Day Shift
    • Male Candidates: Rotational Shift
    Compensation
    • CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
