    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Address queries, complaints, and service issues in a timely manner
    • Provide accurate product/service information
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
    • Record and update customer details in the system
    • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
    Job Requirements:
    • Experience:0 TO 4 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada preferred)
    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (No night shifts involved)
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
