    • Position: Customer Support Representative Voice Process
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
    • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues efficiently
    • Share accurate information regarding products/services
    • Ensure polite and professional communication at all times
    • Update and maintain customer information in the system
    • Achieve targets such as call quality, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 0 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
    • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada preferred)
    • Willing to work in rotational day shifts (no night shift)
    • Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
