Customer Support Specialist 2 Location: JumpStart Games, Bengaluru, India Contact: indiajobs@jumpstart.com The Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist JumpStart Games is searching for experienced and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Candidates must be able to ensure that all customer interactions are positive and would benefit from having an interest in gaming and technology. Each Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring, fast, friendly, and accurate processing of player requests using our vast ticket system. As part of a growing team, this individual must be professional, a multi- tasker who exhibits a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast- paced, results- oriented environment as they: Advocate for player needs to address questions, concerns, suggestions, and technical issues in areas that may include Account Access , Billing, Frozen/ Scammed Accounts, Abuse Reports and General Support Set appropriate expectations and show patience, understand and respect in all outgoing communication Perform regular QA testing on upcoming, new and existing games/ site features Test and re- test reported bugs to verify user reports before assigning them out for further investigation Sort and categorize user reported issues via ticketing system Clearly communicate with Development Team to provide clear understanding of user- reported issues Using Admin tools to provide basic troubleshooting and support to solve user specific errors Track, document and report on site errors or user reported issues that they come across / address Skills Experience Associate or Bachelor Degree in related field preferred Basic computer skills Mac, PC, MS Office, typing, troubleshooting and navigating Excellent Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling skills Strong communication skills to explain issues both thoroughly and concisely Problem solving and critical thinking skills to approach issues with good judgement and understanding Experience with project management systems like Redmine or Jira and support tools such as Zendesk or Parature recommended, but not required ABOUT JUMPSTART JumpStart Games is the leader in learning- based games for kids.
