Job Description

Business Analyst CX Centers High Value Services Insights

  • This position is to support the Premium Software Support Delivery (aka DSM) team with crafting and handling operational performance reports. It covers all major Enhanced and Premium Software Support contracts and customers worldwide. This position is within the larger CX Global Centers High Value Services Insights team.
  • Prepare customized operational performance and service level metrics reports
  • Collect the data from management platforms, scrub and analyse the data and interpret the data
  • Translate data sets into graphs and meaningful packs/dashboards to represent the data for customer use
  • Engage with stakeholders to craft and implement analytics solutions that drive innovation and help provide complete and valuable picture of supported services
  • Get along with Delivery Managers and customers to attend report reviews and metrics discussions
  • Provide detailed analysis of WebEx utilization
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and system; develop strategies for enhancing or improving these systems.
  • Identify automation, customer presentation and process improvement ideas

  • demonstrated ability in a multinational environment (excellent English is a must have)
  • Strong working Excel expertise for data management and analysis including sophisticated formulas, macros, VBA, Tableau, Business Objects
  • ITIL v3 Foundation will be an advantage
  • Excellent Power Point design and data representation skills
  • Strong interest and expertise in business analytics and data visualization concepts
  • Excellent teammate to assist other team members and share standard methodology with good interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas, status, and concepts to team and partners
  • Good time management skills with a high sense of ownership and stakeholder management skills
  • Results driven and customer-focused.
  • Analytical and modeling experience including attention to details and ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Curious, creative, self-reliant and willing to learn on the fly
  • Basic Premium Software Services understanding.
  • Technology bias and interest to understand the current Cisco product and services portfolio
  • Basic Cisco financials understanding and eye for business
