Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized best practices on Cyber Security and Ethical hacking.
  • Create Pedagogy as per the Industry Expectation on CTF, Network Pen Test, Web application Pen test, and Active Directory pen test and deliver training on the same.
  • Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current working practices.
  • Design quality self-paced recorded training sessions on the above-mentioned topics for working professionals and corporates.
  • Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants training, assessment reports every fortnight.
  • Create high-quality training materials for the candidates
  • Mentor other instructors/team leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the content and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of course content throughout a courses life cycle.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4 years industry experience as Pen Tester / Red Teaming / Blue Teaming
  • Certifications eJPT, OSCP, PenTest+, Security+ preferred
  • Hands-on experience on Network and Security technologies, including Routing, Switching, Anti-spam, Anti-Malware, Firewall, Endpoint securities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the consumer mindset
  • Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring exams and self-assessment surveys.
  • Experience in eLearning video development using Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate software.
  • Experience working with a variety of workstations, servers, routers and switch operating systems, and endpoint technologies.
