Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38 900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.IS&T is delivering new security services to support Product & Solutions Cybersecurity in addressing customers requirements.In this context, reporting directly to the Head of Information Security Architecture & Standards, the CyberSecurity Project Manager & Team lead drives project delivery team, i.e the completion of security projectsand delivery of security services to continue the growth in maturity of the Alstom Information System Security and develop synergy with all Alstom CyberSecurity departments.The CyberSecurity Project Manager leads Cybersecurity delivery project team, leads, manages projects and coordinates internal & external project managers within the team, ensure consistency with P&S Cybersecurity department on roadmaps and solutions.Lien Main responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver Cyber Security projects roadmap linked to the service, technology & security and IS&T strategy
  • Deliver projects on-time and within budgets
  • Follow Alstom Project methodology and ensure external project managers within the team are following it
  • Update planning projects and validate project gates linked to Alstom Project methodology
  • Report budget consumption on projects to Head of security Architecture & Standards and upper management
  • Maintain the schedule of activities, project milestones, project risk register and project status reports in coordination with Governance manager
  • Define all deliverable status
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to deliver CyberSecurity projects
  • Oversee external CyberSecurity project managers within the team on their projects and deliveries
  • Coordinate with Alstom P&S Cybersecurity department
  • Be the Indian correspondent manager for Security Architecture & Standards team members
Qualification & Competencies - Expected LevelInitial Background: having 10 years of experience in IT Project managementLanguage: EnglishMandatory experiences:
  • General knowledge of IT, especially in CyberSecurity
  • Know how to adapt your message to the interlocutor
  • Good interpersonal skills, rigorous work, positive attitude, and strong autonomy
  • Able to enforce a schedule and milestones by all project contributors
  • Able to identify changes and their impact on the project
  • Able to identify problems and their causes, and to be forceful in making proposals
  • Able to manage budget project and respect it with all adherences linked to the projects
  • Good experiences and skills of team management
