Interpret local and global market developments and give insights on the business impact. Prepare presentations for senior management Analysing reports, subscriptions of the reports and adding values wherever required. Conduct special reviews on projects on need basis Undertake plant visits, market and customer research, peer analysis as required and share insights with the Director Continuous monitoring and reporting of financial performance of business on a monthly/quarterly /annual basis Periodic review reports on annual Business plan, long term growth strategy reviews, CAPEX reviews and provide input for Strategic Planning. Take up other responsibilities, as nominated or delegated by the Director The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive and may be expanded from time to time. Facilitating Director in tasks as assigned by him/her time to time.Required Candidate profileStrong familiarity with trade processing, market risk or product control data and activities Preferred experience with Agile methodologies A strategic and analytical thinker Manages to balance structure & best practice versus pragmatism Confident, able to communicate and negotiate at all levels Able to multi-task and prioritize A proactive, self-starter, who is can be relied upon to act on initiative Can do attitude - willingness to roll-up the sleeves in order to get things done Challenge status quo; ability to interpret business requirements into a tangible plan and spot inconsistencies. ,
