Job Description

    Greetings.!Client: Well known ECommerce CompanyDesignation: Data AnalystExperience: 1+ YearsCTC: Max 6.5 LacsLocation: BangaloreQualification: GraduationContract Period: 1 YearMandatory Skills: SQL query building, advanced excel/macros knowledge, Python/R, A/B testing, PowerBIThe primary responsibility of the Data Analyst will be to build and maintain the dashboard platform/processes and to address any data-related needs of the organization. This role will work across functions with other groups in analytics as well as other departments in the company and will be expected to frequently work on data requests from various stakeholders.Expectations from the role:
    • Develop, maintain and enhance business dashboards, reports, and applications to support all strategic and tactical needs of the company
    • Test all new reports/deliverables and periodically review them for quality control & optimization.
    • Work closely with the team to understand their requirements to ensure information/reports on a priority basis
    • Proficient in data extraction, data cleaning, data mining, and basic programming techniques
    • Data modeling, and creation of both logical and physical data models for effective and efficient reporting
    • Great attention to detail and strong QC process for the quality of all the numbers delivered or reported.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team, and organizational objectives, sharing knowledge and skills
    Required Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience in building complex SQL queries and schema building
    • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & Macros knowledge
    • Strong logical & analytical concepts in databases, schemas, and dimensional modeling
    • Experience in Python/R and in experimentation, A/B testing
    • Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI is an added plus
    Required Behavioral Skills:
    • Should be a quick learner with the ability to learn new tools/technology quickly
    • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of things.
    • Understanding of e-commerce/retail business (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Should be result & detailed oriented and must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast-paced e-commerce environment
    • Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within the company
