1. At least 2 years experience in text mining, natural language processing, machine learning applied to text data, information extraction and information retrieval2. Experience in Biomedical literature mining3. Experience with Web scraping methods4. Experience developing and applying NLP and machine learning methods using Python or R5. Experience in Python libraries for text data analyses such as NLTK, Spacy, ScikitLearn, Pandas, and Numpy6. Experience with publication databases such as PubMed, PubMedCentral, Scopus, PatBase, FreePatentsOnline is a plus7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within the team8. A progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity.Skills Preferred to have:1.
