Main Target SummaryCollects& defines Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis, documentation and management of requirements. Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes.ResponsibilitiesData Science/Data AnalysisIdentify and interpret data sources, manage large amounts of data, merge data sources together, ensure consistency of data-sets, create visualizations to aid in understanding data. Build machine learning/statistical models on large datasets such as CRM, ERP, Hadoop, SAP, Oracle, extract insights from the data and formulate data driven recommendations. Define statistical design and independently program to meet project information needs, conduct analyses to derive conclusions from data, and identify new opportunities for standardization for value-added analytics. Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining. Primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated. Provide machine learning and automation methodology with some project management support. Apply data mining/ data exploration to develop innovative solutions that solve for customer pain points and complex business challenges (i.e., sentiment analysis, A/B testing) Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and trend in an unstructured data, analysing data with strong statistical, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skillsCommunication/CollaborationCollaborate & communicate effectively with business and technical sponsors, executives and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members. Fluent in English Language. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutionBusiness Processes/ Project Management.Own on-time, accurate, quality analysis and reports/visualizations in tight alignment with specified project objectives. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints.Desired Profile: Quantitative background with advanced degrees (Master +) in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Business or related field o Experience in Extracting, Transforming and Loading (ETL) data from Excel, Good Hand on Alteryx, SQL Server database Creation knowledge o Experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database. o Experience with database and reporting or BI tools essential and Experience in Database Management Systems (DBMS), SQL queries o Experience in a Big Data technology (Hadoop, Impala, HIVE, AWS S3,Redshift) o Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and working with Big Data o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a self-starter. o Computer programming experience in Python o Experience in Data Management, Marketing and Sales Segmentation. o Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts. o Experience in handling large volumes of data, providing insights, spotting anomalies, identifying trends and complex relationships. o Experience in one or more of the following: SQL / relational databases, big data technology (e.g., HDFS, Hive, Pig, or Spark) and deep learning libraries (e.g. Keras, Tensorflow, and PyTorch) o Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.Microsoft Excel proficiency. Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modelling, and working with Big Data . Ideally, knowledgeable of other data science platforms such as Knime & RapidMiner are plus Experience in CRM tools. Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred. In-depth understanding and application of statistical models, algorithms and/or machine learning techniques Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management operating as an internal consultant and thought partner. Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members.
