Job Description

    Would be an individual leadership role responsible for end-to-end management of Data Architecture. Would act as an SME/consultant for data architecture for all Data & BI solutions across the organization. Must have 15+ yrs. overall in IT and at least 3-5 years experience working as a Data Architect in a reputed firm. Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects and data migration experience would be preferred. Must have implemented at least 1 end to end Snowflake cloud data warehouse and at least 3 end to end data warehouse implementations in any other technologies. Expertise in Snowflake Data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL or DBT, implementing complex stored procedures and using standard DWH and ETL concepts is required. Experience in ETL technologies like DBT, Informatica, Fivetran would be preferred. Expertise in Business Intelligence technologies like Looker, Power BI, Hyperion etc would be preferred. Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse Experience with cloud technologies like AWS specifically S3, Redshift would be preferred.Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods, and approaches (star and snowflake) Experience with data security and data access controls and design Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload mgmt. Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshoot Knowledge in DB technologies like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS S3 Data Lake. Should be able to troubleshoot/consult on data problems across infrastructure, platform, and application domainsMandatory SkillsShould Currently working as Data Architect or Sr. Data Architect 10 years exp in Lead Engineer Should be Expert in snowflake Data migration from RDBMS to snowflake cloud data warehouse.
