CI also offers access to the private and public cloud and enables secure self-service and automation.The Global Data and Application services engineering team is a central organization that provides core infrastructure and technologies developers and business users inside Morgan Stanley business units to effectively administrate applications and databases. The Developer Productivity and Integration Tooling (DPIT) engineering team oversees a subset of the technology spaces within Data and Application Services engineer including: 1) Data Integration (ETL) 2) Data Virtualization/Federation3) Test Data Management 4) Developer Data Productivity and Modeling ToolingOur global team of 10+ technologists is looking for a motivated, dynamic database infrastructure engineer to enhance our test data management capabilities via the introduction of self-service, database cloning and data masking capabilities and expand our engineering coverage to Asia. The suitable candidate will also collaborate with the rest of the team to support the Morgan Stanley distributed database administration toolset and automation strategy across various DBMS products (Sybase, DB2, MSSQL, Greenplum, Memsql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Hadoop).

• Develop and support test data as a service capabilities across Morgan Stanley DBMS platforms.
• Integrate DB cloning, data masking, synthetic data generation, data sub-setting capabilities into Morgan Stanley ecosystems.
• Construct PoCs to evaluate infrastructure products and options.
• Develop new utilities to automate on-demand data and database server provisioning.
• Enhance database utilities for expanded functionality.
• Integrate newly identified software into the current database management systems.
• Enhance the current enterprise metadata configuration management system repository to incorporate the new functionality.

, *Exp- 4-6 yearsRequired Skills:

• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• At least 1 year of development experience with a high level general purpose development language such as Python (preferred) or Perl, or object oriented development languages like C++ or Java.
• Working experience on agile software development life cycle management frameworkDesired Skills:

• Familiarity with a relational database management system (RDBMS) such as SAP (Sybase) ASE, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2 (ESE/Blu/DPF), Microsoft SQL Server, Greenplum
• Familiarity of Delphix Db masking solution and VMWare ESX disk/VM snapshotting capabilities are highly desirable
• Knowledge of test data management, developer enablement concept and the technology options in support those concepts
