Job Description

    10+ yrs. overall in IT with experience in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects is desired. 8+ Yrs. of Project/Program Management experience with a focus on Project Initiation, Planning and Execution and hands-on experience of PM tools like Jira.Practical experience in Agile methodologies is a must have in both Scrum & Kanban approach.Experienced in software development and project/program management fundamentals (software development process and quality processes, such as scoping, costs, schedules, initiatives, change and risk management, and mitigation). Expertise and passion for influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a highly complex and nebulous environment.Proven ability to set priorities across a complex program with multiple projects and drive for results.Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills and excellent facilitation and collaboration skillsWork effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectivesAbility to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done without AuthorityAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respectAbility to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders 10-15 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data & BI solutionsExperience in Snowflake, ETL technologies like DBT, Informatica, Fivetran would be preferred.Experience in Business Intelligence technologies like Looker, Power BI etc would be preferred.
