YOUR ROLE Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an AI Learning Business Integration Manager in our CDI AI Learning Institute, a typical day might include: 1. Support AI Learning Institute activities Creating the roadmap for a portfolio of client solutions combining deep technical expertise, business and market understanding, strategic thinking, and organizational leadership Work closely with AI Schools to be the voice of the customer and turn breakthrough technologies into products that solve user needs Managing the Business Interlock between Business leaders and the Learning Core team, ensuring alignment and delivery of agreed charter 2. Designing Learning Architecture Bring Institute fellows into the AI Playground built with two underlying licensed systems from 3rd-party vendors Drive problem solving competitions as a learning and enable development of POCs in an automated manner for both internal and client opportunities Manage budget, scope, timelines, and effort needed to design and develop varied learning solutions across multiple programs; and align with internal and external stakeholders to manage and fulfill business expectations and commitments Provide AI fellows with a playful environment to Build deep skills Solve client problems Use existing datasets or create new ones Interact with their peers to test ideas Nurture the AI community 3. Practice Management Be a thought leader for data and analytics that fit your industry specialization Identify and help bring into the practice talented individuals both internally from Accenture as well as externally 4. Change Management Discovering stakeholders challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational AI programs Set up the Change project for implementing transformational AI programs by defining the required processes, team structure, and ways of working; create and manage workplans to mitigate risks; establish collaborative working relationships; and support successful project execution,
