    Skill requirements>SQL knowledge and DB structure>Data modelling principles >Knowledge of databases like MS SQL, DB2, SAP HANA>ETL tools like SSIS, IBM CDC etc>Interpersonal skillsRole descriptionThe purpose of the Data Migration Specialist role is to design, implement, and support data migration processes for SMR Archive As A Service (AaaS) application hosted in the cloud. The individual will be required to migrate data from various legacy applications and ensure accurate and complete data is available in the cloud platform (Solix) before the legacy application is decommissioned.The individual will liaison with different stake holders during migration of a legacy application to Solix platform and ensure business and legal requirements are fulfilled from the subset of data migrated to the cloud. Furthermore, the individual will work with business to generate reports as per business requirements.
