Job Description

IntroductionThe Data Scientist actively participates on multi-functional project teams developing analytics enabled solutions, owning and leading the work done. Recommends and implements analytics enabled solutions to improve business process, to generate insights, to support business goals and strategy development. They would also own and deliver complete projects of moderate scopeYour Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Scientist, you recommend and implements analytics enabled solutions to improve business process, to generate insights, to support business goals and strategy development

  • Recommends and implements analytics enabled solutions to improve business process, to generate insights, support business goals and strategy development
  • Explore and validate client data for the specific Analytics requirements.
  • Analyze client data of noisy, missing data or incomplete data.
  • Write ETL modules to ingest client data into the Analytics DB.
  • Design test cases for the Analytics modules.
  • Develop Analytics modules, for the specific client implementation.
  • Implement changes or new components into the Analytics modules.
  • Production integration and end to end testing.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in programming, statistics, machine learning, data visualization, exploratory data analysis, model production, insight generation and data wrangling
  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or meaningful field
  • Experience building AI models (ML, NLP, Neural Networks)
  • Experience in using containerized workloads and services such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
  • Experience in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, IBM)
  • Expertise with R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C# is an asset
  • Agent based modeling and simulation & conversational skills for ChatBots
  • Knowledge of Agent Development Frameworks (e.g. SPADE, JADE, etc), Knowledge Graphs and Ontologies

  • Experience in understanding and executing business controls
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
