*Role Summary: The candidate will be responsible for performing data analysis on standalone / cloud platforms and will work on projects which create value for the organization using data science methodologies to drive business strategies through People Analytics insights. Work with researchers and organizational psychologists in the team to devise new analytical methods for solving non-traditional business problems. Have an interest in the field of people analytics and take initiative to find out and understand research happening in this area and products available. Have a flare for finding analytical insights through analytics, Data Science and visualization. Support leaders in creating stories and building products in line with the People Analytics Roadmap.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Conducting research to understand industry and organization- People specific issues, including Talent Management, Workplace Analytics, Engagement Analytics, Performance Analytics, and Attrition Analytics etc. Use AWS for migrating the data from relational databases and other systems including flat files to cloud. Train and deploy the models in Sagemaker. Participates in the development of operations and procedures for the collection, editing, verification and management of statistical data. Evaluates the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy. Analyzes and interprets statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information Processes large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graph analysis. Perform ML/AI techniques, Natural Language Processing (NLP) on text data. See how to apply Deep Learning in the field of NLP. Investigates, evaluates and prepares reports on applicability, efficiency, and accuracy of statistical methods used in obtaining and evaluation data. Participates in the preparation of written and oral presentations that summarize the analysis of data, interprets the finding and provides conclusions and recommendations. , *
